Interested in becoming a bus driver? Come to our Ride & Drive Event on July 23, 2024 from 8:00am until 1:00pm.

Sit in the bus driver's seat and take it for a spin! The ride-and-drive event gives you the opportunity to drive a school bus on campus under the instruction of a licensed CDL driver.

Getting a CDL
The District provides FREE training to assist in acquiring a CDL license - all while receiving a training rate of $16.39/hr. Drivers must be 21 years old, bus attendants bust be 18 years old.

Being a bus driver is a wonderful way to serve and get to know your community. It's a great opportunity for retirees, stay-at-home parents, or anyone looking to supplement income because of the flexible work schedule and ability to earn income while still having time to do other things!
