#1 Shea Landversicht
The Greenville Central School Faculty and Administration is proud to name Shea Landversicht as Valedictorian for the Class of 2024. Shea is the daughter of Ken and Colleen Landversicht of Hannacroix. On June 28, 2024, she will receive her New York State Advanced Regents Diploma with Honors with Mastery in both Math and Science, having earned a weighted average of 101.261. Shea has participated in multiple Honors, Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate courses throughout high school. She is the President of National Honor Society, Interact Club, Yearbook Club and the Class of 2024, and is involved with the FFA and Student Council, serving as an officer in both. Shea is also involved in the athletic program, participating in varsity softball and volleyball. She earned first team in the Patroon Conference for volleyball, as well as conference MVP. She also earned Patroon Conference second team for softball. Shea has been a flute player in the concert band since the fourth grade, and currently serves as a member of the media club where she brings the morning announcements to Greenville High School. Shea will continue her post-secondary education at SUNY Oneonta where she will major in Adolescent Education.
#2 Clara de Long
The Greenville Central School District is proud to name Clara de Long as Salutatorian for the class of 2024. Clara is the daughter of Eric and Rachel de Long of Greenville. On June 28, 2024, she will receive her New York State Advanced Regents Diploma with Honors with Mastery in both Math and Science, having earned a weighted average of 101.107. Clara has participated in multiple Honors, Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate courses throughout high school. She is a member of the National Honor Society and is very involved in the music program as a member of the jazz band. She is also a member of the pit band for the musicals at Greenville, Cairo and Catskill. Clara is a 5 year participant in the Empire State Youth Orchestra (ESYO) Youth Percussion Ensemble and 3 year participant in the ESYO Symphony Orchestra. Clara will continue her studies at Ithaca College majoring in music technology and sound recording.
